How To De-Stress For Each Zodiac Sign

So let's face it: we all get angry at some point. 

We all get frustrated, sensitive, insecure, disappointed, ashamed, whatever else, and yes, that includes those of us who follow astrology as well. 

Hey, we're all humans here, and no matter what type of personality you have, or what you believe or don't believe in, we are all going to run into having bad days

That said, we all have our own methods as to how we deal with those bad days and what makes us feel better afterwards. But even though you can never really go wrong with a good binge watch session on Netflix or Hulu, how many of us actually feel inspired or recharged after watching TV for several hours straight? 

(In my experience, I actually feel more tired and lethargic afterwards than I did before I even reached for the remote.)

So for those of you who are interested in switching things up a little bit, I made a handy dandy chart below, based on the zodiac signs, to help you get ideas on other ways you can de-stress, boost your mood, and kind of just forget about whatever ruined your day in the first place. 

Look at your Big 3 for the best ideas for you! (Your Sun Sign, Moon Sign, and Rising Sign). 




ARIES - With all the energy you have, its best you get some exercise! Choose whatever works for you and your body, but some good ideas are kickboxing, running, or any other form of cardio

TAURUS - All true Taureans likes to work hard, then sleep hard. Seriously, what works best for you is a stress-free, undisturbed nap

GEMINI - As the communicators of the zodiac, Gemini's love to talk it out. So phoning a friend, (or face-timing), is going to work wonders for you. 

CANCER - Cancer's like to withdraw when all is not well, but you also like simple comforts. So what could be more comforting than a relaxing bubble bath

LEO - Considered the performers or the entertainers of the zodiac, a little music or dancing never harmed a Leo! Plug in your air pods and pretend you're a pop star! 

VIRGO - Now, most of us would not consider these things "relaxing" per say, but since Virgo's are organized to the extreme, whipping up something in the kitchen or tidying up that closet you've been putting off for ages is going to be what the doctor prescribed for a Virgo. 

LIBRA - Libra's like things that are "aesthetically pleasing" and that includes yourselves most times. So some self care is exactly what's called for here. Think face masks, painting your nails, or even just a fresh haircut will make all the difference. 

SCORPIO - Brooding Scorpio also likes to withdraw, but you need to be a little more extra than Cancer. So when I say unplug, I really mean unplug. Put that phone on Do Not Disturb, pretend you don't have social media, and have a good session of solitude with just Y-O-U. 

SAGITTARIUS - You can get more restless than the other signs can, so what will be best for you is to teach yourself something! Watch a historical documentary, listen to a podcast, or take an online course for something you've always found interesting. Basically, keep that brain of yours busy! 

CAPRICORN - Capricorn's also love to think, but the best way for you to expand your knowledge is to read. Whether that's a book on how to be a leader, or the latest crime-thriller novel, getting cozy with a book is right up your alley. 

AQUARIUS - As the visionaries of the zodiac, Aquarians have active imaginations. Those thoughts of yours have to go somewhere, and there's no better place to jot down those thoughts than in a journal

PISCES - Creativity cures a Pisces, so this is where arts and crafts comes in handy! That could be anything from drawing simple sketches, to knitting a scarf, or to designing and sewing together a dress!
